Cheese is bad for you because it's all saturated fats and that. So what can I have on my late-night Krackawheat?

Try goats or ewes, generally lower fat and better for you (relative)

Twenty five years ago, my last meal as a student was Cream Crackers and tomato puree... Both out of date, obviously.

Dunno, but a ryvita with cottage cheese & chives and mackerel in spicy tomato sauce on top is delish.

Marmite XO 😀

Edit: £1.79 from B&M, rather than £3.59 from Sainsbury.
