Sorry if this has already been done to death, but here we go again....
I’m looking for a new camera for my wife, she’d like something fairly compact (although this isn’t her top priority), with a half decent zoom, good picture quality, a fair battery life and the ability to mount it on a tripod/gorilla-pod.
My budget is up to about £100 (so not expecting anything too flashy), please can you help? Thanks, James.
some places sell new cameras which have been "refurbished" usually things that have just been replaced by a newer model. there's a place in Swindon, I could dig out their details if its any good to you?
The new Fuji z70 looks interesting. It has the new exr sensor which seems to get good reviews on all other models.
Costs a little over £100 but if the photo quality is up to those of others in the range, could be a good bet.
