Hi guy's, i've just washed my north face ski jacket (hyvent) for the first time using grangers 30 degree washer. I then stuck it in the tumble dryer on low heat to re activate the dwr coating. The jacket itself wasn't completely dry when i removed it from the tumble dryer. Can anyone tell me if it should be 100% dry? Just wondering if i need to stick it in again on a higher heat setting possibly?

Hugh

Yes it should be completely dry. The idea is to get the DWR up totemperature. Alternatively air dry it then iron on a low heat with paper between it and the iron.

BTW, soap flakes (available in Sainsburys) do the same job as Grangers cleaner for less.
