I need a device that will wake just me and let her majesty slumber on.
Is there some sort a vibrating watch ?

Druid's find will work. Just need to be a bit more imaginative about where you put it.

You may not want to get out of bed though...

I had one of those devices. I think it was called a "baby". problem was, it used to wake me at about 2-3AM, then again at 5AM. Snooze feature involved a trip to the microwave for milk, followed by a feed.

To be fair, this was the Mark 2 version. Mark 1 used to keep us both up all night for about nine months.

Yes. Most mobile phones also have that feature.

We have an Oregon Scientific alarm clock which projects the time onto the wall or the ceiling. It came with a vibrating pad thing that you can put under your pillow, and set the alarm to trigger only that and not the beeper bit. Don't really use it myself, but it does vibrate quite fiercely.
