Just mine or anyone else have this. It's connected phone to device and apps synced just cannot get routes to load up from strava or ride GPS just get a spinning blue wheel of death on the app.

Sometimes if it does a software update it can lose the WiFi connection details. Maybe need to reconnect it to the WiFi?

Done that ride GPS is playing now Strava not, maybe free account doesn't like it still got what I needed.
