Had it a few days and keep getting 'fuzzes' in the sound and image. Also some programs a bit grainy.
Is it a bad box or is their TV service just pish?
We had their TV service for a matter of a few hours. Got it taken out due to the same problem as you have.
you don't know the meaning of quality issues until you have called their helpline.. 😯
Just sounds like something is faulty somewhere.
Ive been with them for over 15 years and ive been happy with them.
Never had an issue with picture or sound, but for the love of christ, abandon all hope if you try contacting customer services! They actually hung up on my fiancée after she had been on hold for two and a half hours when we tried to cancel our service. Now they won't come and collect their boxes.
