Big Jock's Magic Lantern Show and Deep Fried Chewit Extravaganza may well be showing it.

Avimore is slowly getting nicer.I remember the 70's when it was at it's concrete turd peak. Slowly but surely it is getting more like a highland town as they knock all of it down.(miss the go-carts on a frosty day mind...and Santa Claus land)

Oh - I wasn't knocking Aviemore. It was the concept of it actually having a cinema. I guess the closest thing would be the Dancing Waters just down the road....

I was in the Mambo cafe almost a year ago, when somebody offered to "sort out" my Police Inspector mate. Amazing how the production of a warrent card can make somebody go VERY pale.

Around Edinburgh or Aviemore?

Tonnes of Cinemas in Edinburgh. OmniCentre (www.myvue.com) and www.Odeon.co.uk (Lothian Road) are central, but for big comfy sofas go to the Dominion in Morningside.
