Hi,

Does anyone know of someone/somewhere that is trained and can perform recoding U
Using VAGCOM?

I need a faulty warning light disabling on a Mk5 Golf

I have the generic fault reader. Surely if the light is on then there IS a fault? Or are you wanting to ignore the fault or hide it while you flog the car?

Disc pad wear sensor has a fault cable loom after junction point. Pads have 85% wear left but showing warning light. Intermittent fault but annoying with light on dash. Just needs disabling

Best thing to do is to find a point before the break in the cable and short the wires together to fool it.
I have the ebay cable and live in leeds, but I have to go to someone I know in manchester if I want programming done.
