Suppose you had a 1960ish British made motorcycle with a mismatched frame and engine number, that had been reimported to the UK in the 80s and registered with a 80s plate, even though the original V5 says made in the 60s, how difficult would it be to get the bike reregistered as a 60s bike?
A sort of re-re-registered with classic bike exemptions.
