ive seen loads of people driving around on the phone in this recent snap.
ALL in L200s, or new style (poop) landrovers
Where did you hear that?
Radio Borders today - head of LBP traffic division.
paving the way to extend it year round?
Would it be a good idea?
Mandatory 1 year (minimum) ban for a dangerous driving conviction.
Saw two drivers on mobiles on Wednesday when the first snow appeared - both in roads with alot of pedestrians and narrow streets and extremely slippy. And both were driving chelsea tractors - t*ats!
You're missing the point that if you're in a 4x4 you've got so much extra grip that it doesn't matter if you're a little distracted (and doubtless you do need to take the call telling you to pick up Tarquin from nursery because they're shutting early).
Have seen many people constantly on the phone whilst driving
in East London on the iced roads
They should be shot.
