So I joined twitter to take part in the quiz up there, also to see what it's all about. Given that I think it's a site for idiots to babble about the minutia of dull lives, I thought, best try it before knocking it

So who is worth following?

I got a Twitter app for my phone, then realised it was a complete waste of time that could be put to better use elsewhere. Like reading, listening to music, having a life...
...so I deleted it a day or so later.

plenty of cycling related twitter stuff. i use it as another way of keeping up with what is going on. a lot of the pro's and the companies use it to publish pics of new frames or components or thoughts about how a race went.

coticltd
shedfire
lancearmstrong
bradwiggins
orangefactory
rachelatherton
gee_atherton
stevepeat
singletrackmag

check out who a few people are following and follow those that take your fancy. I use twitter, but my interest comes and goes.

people that have to rush in and be 1st to post "get a life" need to take a look in the mirror.

As Muggomagic says it's a good way to to get some extra info on how races have gone.

BradWiggins is always good for a quote or two.

Usually some good banter from the riders above, and get some random quotes, pics from training, behind the scenes type of thing

Not me (dick_barton) as I'm as boring as they come...posting complete random thoughts then mixed in with stuff that I think might be interesting...about just a few things in general...aye, even this response has bored me...I wouldn't follow me if I were you...
