Well, at least, not on the channels I watch:

M*A*S*H
Roseanne

Am I just not looking on the right channels?

I used to like Colin's Sandwich starring Mel Smith, I think it only ran for a couple of series, and was never really shown since and never released on DVD.

I remember one from the early 90's where kids used to don some sort of virtual reality headsets. They then had to make their way through a castle completing puzzles and avoiding some sort of dark knight.

What was that called?

Soon to be a "major motion picture" (starring Russell Brand, but as someone other than Timothy Claypole...)

Re: Knightmare, there's sort of a kind of spiritual successor to that in the works too.

I don't think they would be the only ones annoyed if that happened.

Challenge Anneka.

Also, what was that one where people had to do vaguely Challenge Anneka type things and they were pursued by some bloke in a helicopter who had a laser gun thing on his arm. He had to try and hit the contestants backpack, bit like LaserQuest but outdoors? Someone tell me I haven't dreamt all that!
