does anyone know if paddington to liverpool street station is possible by tube at 6 ish this evening?
i have a mate heading through london on his way back home and i cant find a definitive answer via google.
trouble is he has a dog so most other forms of transport are out for him.

According to TFL the Hamersmith and city line is running between Hamersmith and Moorgate (swap to metropoloitan line to go one more stop to liverpool st or walk)

or walk to Baker St and get the Metropolitan line to Liverpool st

205 bus goes between the two stations and usually takes about 50mins (bit longer tonight probably).

Woofers can be carried on buses:

Could be some other options: do you know if the dog is big enough to ride, or small enough to be bungeed on the front of a boris bike?

If the gridlock is anything like yesterday, don't get on a bus.
