According to TFL the Hamersmith and city line is running between Hamersmith and Moorgate (swap to metropoloitan line to go one more stop to liverpool st or walk)
or walk to Baker St and get the Metropolitan line to Liverpool st
thanks mate, ill try and get a route sorted for him, i think walking moorgate to liverpool is his best option as you say. thanks
205 bus goes between the two stations and usually takes about 50mins (bit longer tonight probably).

Woofers can be carried on buses:

Could be some other options: do you know if the dog is big enough to ride, or small enough to be bungeed on the front of a boris bike?
ah the bus maybe an option too then didnt think he could take a dog on the bus.
said dog is old and slightly crippled so he puts her in a pushchair... 😆
If the gridlock is anything like yesterday, don't get on a bus.
