Got the "we value your privacy pop up" on my tablet and can't get rid of it! No X to close it or any other way to get rid of the pop up which just about fills the screen. Samsung Galaxy tab A 10.1 if it makes a difference.

Do you have the browser zoom setting too high, taking the X off the screen

I had to rotate my phone into landscape to get the buttons to appear to get rid of it
