Anyone know if its possible to track an order placed on J E James.

Dont think so.
When its not arrived in 5 days phone them up.
Speak to someone who simply has no interest in helping you but when pushed informs you they have not dispatched your order.
Cancel the order.
Reorder from somewhere else.
Expect delivery the following day.
