Looking for a coupe to replace a Tigra, and i fancy the 190bhp version of the celica, anyone had one, got any opinions?
90's GT4...2000 onwards look tatt and where too refined for their true pedigree
mate of mines got one, supercharged and tweaked, very quick car, go for it, he is racing in the toyota sprint series this year,
The parkers review of them is pretty good.
Not keen on the looks myself. But then I love my (somewhat modified) GT4 so never will 🙂
Been in one, found it a bit wheezey - have to rev the crackers off it to get any real power which makes it feel a bit gutless "in gear" unless you hang in gear a lot. But then that depends what you're used to now?
Scrabbles out of junctions, especially in the wet, but it is a FWD so to be expected pretty much. Seemed neat and tidy enough inside, and if you like the look of a modern car then I suppose why not - it has good reviews, decent engine for lifespan, fairly cheap to maintain.
If you like 'em buy one.They have a decent reputation.
