It makes you realise how time is passing when people you watched on black & white telly paas on.

Oliver Postgate, Patrick Magoohan and now Tony Hart and also John Mortimer last week, ironically there were a number of tribute programmes to him over the weekend.

RIP Tony, your programmes were truly ground breaking.

Even in SA I grew up with Tony Hart, used to spend ages trying to copy his "easy drawings" out the back of my mum's magazine...

Very very sad loss... RIP

TH was great, because he did programs that involved kids actually doing stuff. Creative and productive.

Can anyone remember Take Hart when they started having foxy chicks doing some art stuff too? I distinctly remember one bending down doing this big painting on the floor and her top was wide open (and there was no visible means of support underneath (if you know what I mean...). The cameramen must have been having a right laugh. Mid painting suddenly her top was button up right to the top...
