I've actually been properly iDieting this week.

Tomorrow is my official day off.

Cream for coffee - check.
Rolls for bacon sarnies and peanut butter and jam sarnies - check.
Milk and cereal - check.
Mince pies - check.
Tin of chcolate - check.

Not really riding my bike much through the week at the moment so dont have to make myself eat anywhere near as much. Hate sitting at work after a mega heavy lunch, always feel rough.

Its alrite if your out and about, but sitting around all afternoon sweating grease after a big dinner - cant handle it.
