We will be in touch
I would like to make a few short time-lapse videos but not sure where to start.
There have been some great videos posted on here in the past so wondered if those video makers could give me a list of what they use, especially software and any other tips.
Feel free in posting examples too.
I'll start with this one.
I've made a few simple ones. Just film a video with a stills camera then run it through windows movie maker and use a x8 effect once or twice. You need a tripod, but not much else.

I've been playing around with making some using my 450D using a Macbook to control it. I use the a Canon utility program that came with the camera to take the shots and the Time Lapse Assembler app to make the video.
Not made anything worth posting myself yet but here's 2 of my favorite examples from other people...
Just to add the hard thing is knowing that something interesting is going to happen and where to point the camera.
