I am after some 12mm ID x 18-20mm OD x 0.5mm thickness.

Anyone know where?

Forget the ID, you can drill that out yourself. So now your just trying to find anything 18-20mm OD 0.5mm thick, any easier?

If its not to be a bearing surface but just a spacer try cutting it from a milk carton/credit card etc.

Unfortunately it it will be a bearing surface, to run against some Igus plain bearings.

Tucker: I will have a look and see if that is easier. However, one company has just returned my e-mail so I will wait and see what they can do.
