I'm aiming for mince pie perfection this year. Previous attempts have been slightly disappointing in the pastry department, so I'm turning to you lot for tips. There must be plenty of pie aficionados out there -hit me with your wisdom.

The pastry with these ones is very good, mainly because they use about 25% more butter than any other recipe I found.
