I hope your deflect it all back to Fergusson technique works for you and your beloved Liverpool- Would you like to defend King Kenny's interview and reaction out of interest

I brought it due to the clear hypocrisy and the fact that it is headline news on the BBC site when at the end of the day if you are to believe the MU spin (which you clearly do) then the worst he did was to refuse to shake somebodies hand. Something Ferguson has actually done himself.
This debate is about yesterday and of course it is in a context but other than the handshake refusal nothing very much happened. The marginally better side won but both teams were sub par and the game itself was forgettable.
Don't let that stop you however.

Forget stupid handshakes, look at evra at the end of the game and at half time, who is at fault? It is up to suarez to shake someones hand like it is up to rio ferdinand to shake someones hand .....remember gary neville refusing vieras hand or wayne bridge with john terry get over it ...it is all about man utds hold on the FA

Yes whatEVRA Surfer ๐Ÿ˜›

Yes you can see with Fergies charge sheet, Ferdinands ban that we have the FA in our pocket - I mean that is not juts a view a paranoid Liverpool fan would spout out to deflect it some more

LOL serious LOL

As for Half time was it evras fault now that Suarez kicked the ball away at the half time whistle ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
As stupid as me claiming that Suarez made Evra dance round the pitch and celebrate in front of him

The inability of some people to have even a semblance of a grip on reality or remain even remotely objective is shcocking reflection and one of the main reasons that football has these issues.

people forget about any principle beyond team loyalty and just defend their team whatever they do. Your attitude is part of the problem not part of the solution.

What are you talking about? Your arguments are lacking coherence.
I am not blindly supporting Liverpool despite you trying to picture me that way. I thought we were talking about the trivial matter of the lack of a handshake. You seem to be getting a bit hysterical however.

I agree and for Ferguson to use this to vilify Suarez further is unacceptable in my opinion and its also unacceptable for the BBC to give it more credence than it deserves.

JY - at half time Suarez was raging because he'd been denied what he thought was a free kick which would have led to a red card.

He had no service and its probably a good thing that he was peripheral throughout as (leaving aside ignoring Evra when he was being goaded which seemed an unusual level of restraint) he looked a "loose cannon"

Ferguson has too much to say sort your own out first, he would love us to lose suarez ....junkyard no paranoid androids here, just fairness would be nice

I wouldn't have thought Fergie cares a whole lot if Liverpool lose Suarez, hardly competing for the same things. I would say though, that Liverpool would be better off (or the same place, just more liked) without him, Bellamy and Kuyt are plenty good enough, just need better understudies.

I agree that Evra shouldn't have goaded Suarez at the end of the game. However, as old grump said it was with his own fans, not into Suarez's face in a Keown/RVN way, or indeed to the away fans in a Gary Neville way.

Denis Irwin (IIRC) missed out on a FA cup final for tapping the ball away years back and got a yellow, not hammering it into the opposition dugout because his scream n dive in the face of a fair challenge hadn't succeeded in getting a sending off. Want fairness??? That should have been a booking for walloping the ball away then. That's not mentioning the wiping his shirt as if he'd been spat at. I enjoy SA football and have seen a fair few games over there - and have a soft spot for Uruguay in fact. But Suarez needs a Stevie G/Carragher arm round him and be told to chill. Not free reign and backing from KK. As I said earlier - it's bringing the name of the club down and masking mediocrity on the pitch. But LFC are the victims in this of course.

Nice goading but a tad obvious

No idea SBZ you are the master troller and you ar ebest qualified to tell us whether things on the internet are real or not.
What do you say - do we treat what people say on the Internet as serious and what they really think?

Are Liverpool not making a play for in increased fan base? EDL, BNP and perhaps even the KKK. It'll not be long before the BNP are in amoungst it all stiring the s..t. Should be nipped in the bud now before some real nutters use this situation to further their own dispicable ends. THose two players are well paid so called profesinals, there respective clubs should be talking to each other and getting them together privately and spelling out the consequences.

probably worth reading the LFC website and the apology
A very good move by them dso lets move on

Naturally I will just let SBZ blaiming of Evra go now as I am sure he will be as quick to apologise and retract as he was to blame ๐Ÿ˜‰

Lets hope this is the start of an improvement for all

It's a ****ting handshake.

If two players dislike each other why should they shake hands. More bullshit from FIFA & the FA.

They are both nobs, who cares whether they shook hands.

Such a bunch of children. It's just a shame that kids watch that crap and think that's how adults are supposed to behave. Pro footballers are utterly pathetic.

Watch the replay of the handshakes evra hand is lowered all of a sudden as suarez goes towards him, suarez keeps his at the same level .....evra mind games... ......he also accused steve finnan a few years ago of the same thing ....evra and ferdinand go to take him out after 21 seconds and make themselves look as shite as they really are

Yes - the law does, so I think I will too.

No chance of that. I know what I saw.

However, didn't Evra call him a 'stupid south American', arguably also racist, which seems to have got forgotten.

But Saurez hardly called Evra a 'stupid French man'

Pointless point badly made.

Looked carefully at all angles and evra lowers his hand. Suarez looks to be simply shaking all that are offered and clearly is uncomfortable as he isnt making eye contact with anybody.

I have no love or support for either of these two corrupt clubs, simply offering an unbiased opinion

Is what you "saw" a bit like SMIDSY? How does what you "saw" tie up with what Suarez is now admitting to on your club's website?

I think Suarez' apology for not Shaking Evra's hand probably puts the argument to bed.

Liverpool MD, Ian Ayre... "We are extremely disappointed Luis Suarez did not shake hands with Patrice Evra before yesterday's game.

"The player had told us beforehand that he would, but then chose not to do so.

"He was wrong to mislead us and wrong not to offer his hand to Patrice Evra. He has not only let himself down but also Kenny Dalglish, his team-mates and the club.

"It has been made absolutely clear to Luis Suarez that his behaviour was not acceptable."

Liverpool Manager, Kenny Dalglish... "I did not conduct myself in a way befitting of a Liverpool manager during that interview"

Liverpool player, Luis Suarez... "I have spoken with the manager since the game at Old Trafford and I realise I got things wrong"

Manchester United statement... "Manchester United thanks Liverpool for the apologies issued following Saturday's game. Everyone at Old Trafford wants to move on from this.

The history of our two great clubs is one of success and rivalry unparalleled in British football. That should be the focus in the future of all those who love the clubs."

I find it difficult to disagree with any of those statements.

But then again I'm not trying to defend rascist behaviour just because it is perpetrated by someone who plays for the team I support.

Apology for what?

Attempts at incitement by Evra at half time and full time and Ferguson's letting his feelings known after the game in the way he did.

I suspect he will use that as evidence for his defence and of course

[img] [/img]

Ferguson's letting his feelings known after the game in the way he did.

I believe he is to make a comment retracting the bit where he said Evra should not have done that [ the celebration at the end] ๐Ÿ˜›
there is more chance of an apology from you then Fergusson and far less reason for fergie to apologise than you [ there is some just less than you]

Evra being inflammatory at the end of the game maybe? AF admitted it was unnecessary during post match interview.

Can we please refer to him as Sir Alex Ferguson and remember that he is a Knight of the Realm recognised for his services to football.
