Why does it never seem to bloody rain in the south (rhetorical BTW)?

I long for several days or weeks of constant drizzle...

Just join us oop north, there's more rain than you can wish for.

I'm looking forward to moving down south in 3 weeks for the summer.

I am from up north, hence my sentiments, I hope to be moving home after the summer, I genuinely like dull and damp, esp when biking.

I am sure the records will say different, but it seems like it rains at least half as much down south, I find it depressing, though I am sure most people would be to the contrary.

Such a beautiful day. Just did 7 miles with my 4 year old. Only took the stabilizers off last weekend! She doesn't want to stop!
