HP-G70-120EA laptop, Netgear WGR614v9 router and Virgin broadband modem.
Set-up. Works with ethernet cable plugged into lap top. But wireless won't work when cable unplugged - I get the message above when I diagnose the problem.
Please help!

if it's Vista try disabling IPV6 in the wireless cards properties
