Just thought it'd be a good idea to post all the websites on one thread.

So if you spot a good deal, bike related or not, post it below

CRC's sale doesn't look too impressive but the NS Bikes Core 1s look like a great buy

I'm almost tempted by an NS Core at that price, but it'd leave me with no money til the end of January!

Sony have up to 150 quid cashback off TV's and £50 off PVR's, ends today though. Got lucky for once, looking for a new freeview recorder and happened to see it just in time.

Items bought direct from Amazon UK qualify and they were the cheapest too for the 500gb one I was looking at. Local store had it at 300 quid, but after the cashback got it for £185, a none too shabby saving

Turkeys were £18 ( down from £45) in M&S today - I bet they were even cheaper at 5.55pm (or whatever time they closed).

M_F: Just back from M&S. Got a fourbird roast. Down from £110 to £35.
The £18 Turkeys were taken off shelf 20 mins before closing (Crossgates branch)...reckon there will be some boxing day bargains on monday (all dated 26th).
We now have a frozen dead aviary at home...Guinea Fowl, Turkey, Chicken, Duck....and enough reduced veg and pigs in blankets to feed us for all next week!

http://www.bikeplus.co.uk/ ....... I believe it's 20% off everything - it usually is.

It usually is at Geoffrey Butlers too, but this year it appears to vary from 10% to 50%

The Montane velocity jackets have been known to be fairly crap for biking though. They look good value but theres other stuff out there that will breathe better for less. Ive still got an old Montane event jacket that will just have to make do.

To be honest I have yet to see a genuine sale on an item that hasn't been discounted by the same amount or more at any other time of the year. It's a fallacy if you believe it's better saving your hard earned cash specifically for this time of year. For those big purchases you're better off monitoring the price throughout the year and holding on to your money rather than impulsively going on a Boxing Day/January Sales spending binge

Raggatip - edge 800 at Halfords with the discount on the edge 800 thread are an exception to your rule which I do tend to agree with for the most part...

Xx disc brakes on one, are about the best thing I've seen, ed bike co op's sale looks really poor in comparison to the bargains they did this time last year

Just clicked buy on an Animal Grail softshell jacket for £30 down from £75 from Play.com. Animal are selling it on their site in their sale for £50.

I would post the link but it's not liking it for some reason so just go to the Animal section in the Clothing section on the site.
