FWIW it the same one as a few weeks ago. You get a pop up which forces you to respond and are redirected to a new page. The only solution is to force quiet and start again.

I Norma myl avoid STW on work pc or my mac for these reasons. Try to only use an iPad.

First time I experienced it last night (read about it but not experienced it myself previously) - copied and pasted a few of the links into an email ready to sent to Tech@ but thought I'd wait for a few more instances incase it helped give a clue as to what else might have been on the page ad-wise when it happened. But then it didn't happen again.

Not sure how useful the links might be as theres a jump through several forwarding pages so I don't know if I got the initial one landed on as it leaves STW

I'm wondering if the problem isn't a rogue ad. After a few instances where the safari has jumped away from STW it mucks up the autocomplete when typing in the STW url and offers the spam page as recent or favourite. But the URL isn't the forum - its the url for the login /wp-login.php which in the history has brought up 138.com and AdHexa.com. Both those pages - according to the browser history- have the URL stw... wp-login.php
