emma I had that feeling on a daily basis, once lost a four figure commission on somebody elses error (not signing off an works order) and then had the guy sat at the desk next to me try to undercut me to one if my customers, just sat there at my desk looking out of the window and decided that I just could do it to myself anymore, went to the pub for lunch and only returned in the afternoon to clear my desk!!!

I was out last night so Sky+'d* it (*see, I can make up words as well!), was watching it this morning and had to turn off when it got too cringeworthy.
The bit with the bloke just saying "we don't sell showerheads" and the annoying peroxide blond insisting that they should sell them.
I guessed she'd been fired so I'm not too bothered having it confirmed in this thread before seeing it later. 🙂
