I thought Sir Alan was going to lamp Philip. I'd love to.

Now, it it just me, or is Yasmina (dodgy skin aside) rather sexy...

Mona Lewis to win.

The rest no good and will talk themselves out.

Blondie Kate's strength is in her looks but beyond that not much else.

Ben is going next week apparently. His Daddy's buddy owns a hotel and they throw a party in the bar every wednesday night to watch the show. Twunt.

I've been looking at screengrabs from the show all night for work, and can confirm that she does appear to have a couple of hidden talents.

My money would be on James to win, if I could be bothered to bet on it.

I don't watch it any more. This group of retards are even thicker/managerially incompetant/useless than the last lot. It made me cross because I meet people like them all day long who are complete ****tards but have the ear of the right people, because of course, they're often ****tards too.

Of course, this accusation could be levelled at someone like me who is still working at 1:30 in the morning while his bosses all sleep soundly and will no doubt expect me to be updating them at 8:00 tomorrow.

well, the wife reckons the blondie one wins!

in one of the papers (yeah it has to be true ) they said she was having a bit of a fling with the idiot bloke who got fired last night, anyway he moved down to London to 'be with her'after the show had finished.... she was not originally from London... so if you put 2 and 6 together an get 31...

but as above this is the worst bunch ever, im not a sales person but when sugar gives you two massive leads to pitch against 'hardware store' and 'fancy designer place' you don't pick the sleeping bag/coat & bike big etc etc do you!!

great cringe TV though...

I would like to know what all the items were to see what might have been better options - none of the 4 they chose seemed that great so maybe the others were worse?

One was a flashy designer chair thing, one a plastic device to trap dust when drilling and another was a support legs for ladders.

Anyone else think that that sleeping bag thing was completely crap?? Surely it would be very cold, having your arms and legs insulated from your body, same as gloves are colder than mittens?

But on the more substantive issue:
Yasmina - would
Mona - would
Blondie - wouldn't

So are we supposed to think that Heals would have gone for the chair?

Hardware store - drill thing

So are we supposed to think that Heals would have gone for the chair?

Looked like the kind of crap they sold.

Drill think was piece of crap but the kind of thing that can be sold at a silly mark up and plenty of DIY would buy and probably never use.

So the chair was some sort of designer thing? I remember the drill thing but thought putting newspaper underneath would be OK instead! There was also a coat hanging thing made of drainpipes and taps which looked slightly odd to me....

I used to work with Mina. Her Dad owns restaurants. I'm fairly sure she doesn't own one, and certainly not award winning. She's fun though. ;o)

Does anyone else think that Debra looks like she would make a great "baddie" in a film, y'know like a corporate crook or an evil assassin or something? She's got a really nasty face.

Then you'd know she's called Mona.

Now THIS is the kind of discussion I was wanting last night. Certainly I was sat there (by myself, hunched over like Charlie Brooker) thinking 'maybe I'm weird, but Yasmina's not bad'

Oh I think she's *very* attractive. But she's only slightly less dim than the others. Selling that gopping play-with-your-cat box thing:

Yasmina: "We've got the fire engine, the tank, and the fighter jet"

Client: "So it's quite boy-orientated"

Yasmina: "No, it's quite unisex - if your cat is a boy or a girl they'll still like it"

🙄

Is this the funniest program ever! 😆

I commented that they shouldn't even bother trying to pitch that pannier thing to proper bike shops. Then they turned up at the Bike Factory, it was obvious there was no way at all they'd sell it there - just doesn't fit in with their line of pretty serious bikey stuff. What's more, the point about not being able to pedal properly was spot on - hard as Phillip tried, there was pretty serious pannier/heel overlap (there's a reason normal panniers are tapered). They should have been pitching that at a totally different kind of shop - though at the price it had to be a shop for people with more money than sense!

It's when you see things like this you realise quite how clueless they really are.

Oh yes, and that line from Yasmina about the unisex cats was class - I LOLed!

Still reckon the other lot were lucky though - that sleeping bag was really stupid!

Should get rid of that grumpy old dwarf with the beard.

Or at least abuse him for our amusement.

With a car aerial.
