Enable Tethering / Personal Hotspot even if the carrier has blocked it / you've not paid for it as an added service.

(O2 [i]used[/i] to want me to pay an extra £10 a month for tethering! Crazy! Surely data is data, why should it matter if it is from my phone or laptop/iPad? Fortunately they have dropped that charge now)
I remember checking if I could tether properly on mine (via Vodafone) as I was thinking of getting an iPad. The Personal Hotspot option wasn't there. Bu88er, I thought. Went ahead and bought the pad anyway ... checked again a couple of weeks later and there it was. Tres odd. Works a treat too.
