I have stashed some chicken & a bit of stuffing from lunch, that will accompany the cranberry sauce left from Xmas.

Chilli con carne made with scotch bonnet chillis, with home made potato wedges, liberally covered with grated mature cheddar.

Sweet & sour chicken in batter
Szechaun chicken
egg fried rice

dessert: "berrymisu" from M&S as part of their "Dine in for £10", the rest of which we'll be having later in the week

Baked Whole salmon with a load of tasty veg and roast spuds
Tropical fruits Christmas pud with mincemeat ice cream
Plum crumble & custard
Coffee and chocolate
We declined the cheese board

My sister never let's us leave hungry
