As STW collectively knows everything about everything, I thought I'd ask here.

Are they all the same or like most things, do you get what you pay for? What's the foam roller equivalent of an £800 Trek/Specialized/Giant in terms for value for money without getting silly?

Cheers.

Are those grid ones really worth the extra dosh? That's flippin' expensive. I'd been looking at Fit66

Paid about £13 from Amazon. Felt as though I was wasting my money but probably the best £13 I ever spent.
Helps a lot with calf stiffness.

Dunno. The advantage of them is they do not lose their shape. Regular foam rollers, even the high density ones, always seem to get fairly misshapen.....nothing too bad though, so would probably still do the job.

Thing is when I opened the thread, I actually thought that's what he was asking about. It being fitness kit, it's no wonder I didn't make the association 😳

Just get a cheapo one.

Most gyms use cheap ones and theirs get a hell of a lot more usage than yours will.

Mine was 6 quid from my physio. Can't see how you could get any more by paying more...
