Is it acceptable?
I really want to see Star Trek and Wolverine...
But flying to see them in UK, will that be acceptable?

I don't see why it would be a problem. A bit expensive, perhaps

I will save you a flight, don't bother with Wolverine its shite. 1st 20 minutes has potential and then they forget that a film is supposed to have storyline and a point and mince around for the rest of it.

utter utter bollocks and another 90 minutes or so of my life wasted.

It would be ostentatious, which is why you'd bring it up on a forum I'd imagine.

But do it. Might as well, the plane's going anyway.

Shouldn't you be watching some French arthouse picture rather than supporting the hollywood imperialists ?

😉

I do wonder what people expected from the Wolverine movie, maybe I was just in an easy to entertain mood? I saw gratuitous fight scenes, a bit of action, some ropey CGI, thin storyline and it all fell well within my expectations!

Plane ride for a movie, jeez just get the divx and save yourself the trauma of booking and flying on budget airlines!

I have heard that Wolverine is absolute tosh so, judging by my reaction to the Ex Men movies, it can be guaranteed to be Grade A 12 Carat carp in my eyes.

Star TRek is meant to be very good mind you - I certainly fancy that.

I reckon it might win worst film of 2009, however I am sure some spineless HollyWood executive will have funded another *safe* sequel with Will Smith in it to inflict on the world.

Well I want to see them in the original soundtrack indeed
star trek the boat that rock england and wolverine

Actually I have just been back from the cinema where I saw wolverine (english but with the bloody subtitles) mind you I got it for free as today the last screening was cancelled and I wont be able to see it as there is a rather annoying film festival where I live.
