What a wonderful story. They pulled him over to arrest him for doing something which a substantial proportion of the population cannot understand why it should be a crime, and in the process discovered that he was also doing something which a substantial proportion of the population cannot understand why it should be a crime. Two crimes detected, two crimes cleared up and 100% of felons convicted. A great day for law enforcement. 🙂
