Did Downward Spiral last night, it's the only way I can bear the monotony of being on a turbo trainer for an hour.
For the money, very good.

Yup, thats how I get through using the turbo.
4 morning's a week now before breakfast.
Perceived effort works well with set HR zones on an HR monitor, lets you see where you are slacking if it feels a little harder than normal.
Definatly worth it IMO if you want to use the turbo more than a couple of times a month.
