Looking to up my game in terms of things in the garage. I fancy a pillar drill, small bench mounted type. As I'm just doing DIY jobs, not proper engineering, could I get away with this, or something like it?

Spare corded drill would be fitted to it.
Or are they pants and paying around £70 could get me a proper small pillar drill.

Much better off buying a pillar drill, even a cheap one
