I have to shamedly admit that her taste in music is far better than mine...
My eleven year olds mobile went off the other day to the sound of the doors - riders on the storm. I was most impressed.
Amazing...she has good taste!
Some to add as faves in the same vein:

Great post!
Quite like that but wish he'd just sing it, not warble it.
A 17 year old mate of mine was very enthused about this cool new band he'd just heard of. Public Enemy. FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU

Really? I think you missed the atmosphere that he created with the video and his voice. Amazing...I thought.
Nah, it just sounded on the chorus especially like he was trying too hard, to me, and it ends up detracting from it. Lovely song otherwise.
I am really not a fan of this kind of music/voice that seems to be popular at the minute.
They all have musical taste, just sometimes it does not coincide with ours. The Small Hands thing did nowt for me.
Agree with Northwind, the warbling is really annoying. Like a really badly compressed MP3. Good song though, and he does have a good voice.
I got to 1 min 38 secs and had to turn it off. I'm not saying that what I heard was poor but there's other things I could be spending the other two remaining minutes listening to!
..like some guy mumbling to himself as he freezes to death in a snow hole up Cairngorm.

This. God that was awful, couldn't manage more than a minute of it.
