If someone is receiving distressing calls they seem to think the solution is to ignore the phone. The idea behind this concept is that the caller will get uninterested and go away. Before you find out how to stop annoyance phone calls, let's look at what doesn't work. However, this is often not the case and you end up missing reasonable phone calls from friends and family.
