Never listen to radio bar smooth radio at work ( completely inoffensive to everyone including the old folk.)
BBC website for the breadth of stuff on it from rugby commentaries to comprehensive news coverage with a consistent bias that can be discounted

If I'm stuck on a desert island I need to eat and with them pared up with Argos plus home delivery I stand a chance of getting a blu ray player, TV and sound bar at least, plus a tool kit to build a shelter and some beach games and some new swimmers.
Then when the delivery truck gets here I can mug the driver, have a little feast on everyone else's shopping turning it into a nice beach holiday before heading for home with a nice box van (obviously taking the driver back with me).
