I've been on everyone bar one. They seem to be more prolific when theres thick snow on the ground and its sub-zero though huh Pook? 😆

I like to keep you lot on your toes.
I've been trying to research some new routes to be honest as I think the hope valley/derwent stuff was getting a bit samey. Added to that, I've got impending redundancy looming so that's taken precedence for a while.

As jayne says, you have just missed one, albeit not a pook's peaks pootle. Jules does a cracking route though so the spirit lives on.

You can rest assured there will be more though!

I looked back and I'd be doing them pretty regularly for two years so not a bad initial run.

Let's just wait for the snow now...

I want a good route though Chris and when you tell us the route I will moan and want to make numerous changes 😉

I think that was the last MaccFest.

will have to check diaries and maps. The route I have in mind is not really a pootle, though. It's a good route but has some demanding descents and a couple of tough road climbs
