anybody else love riding bikes in the sun, with friends... whilst the rest of the country settles in to watch 'snog, marry or destroy with a spade' on bbc7?
sitting at the top of the highest point of our normal loop with friends makes my heart swell with happiness 🙂 to be completely honest, and i dont care that its childish.... pissing about with the uppy downy post for no reason, or bouncing off a curb makes me feel like i'm pretty damn lucky to be alive and able to do such things.
so, screw the rest of the forum and its negativity... who else loves life when they're on a bike?

At work, but looking forward to a ride home. Maybe stop for a sneeky pint on the way. I'll probably feel smug then.
I'd actually much rather be going for a swim in a lake this evening than getting on a bike.
So I'm probably going to go to the running track instead.
