I can't eat the apples quick enough that are coming of my tree, so I was wondering if anyone has some nice healthy smoothie recipes that contain apples, I can then drink this after my morning physio workout.

every day...mmmmmmmmmm it makes such a yummy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.
apple + bannana + 50/50 yogurt/milk to make it upto about 800ml, chuck in some whey protein for added gnarrrrrrr pre/post workout.
That sounds worth a try thisisnotaspoon, does it keep for a while in the fridge, or do you need to drink it shortly after making, I'm thinking if I like it I could make it on bulk. I suppose it would freeze!
