ok everyone has their very own favourite first signs of spring...
we've talked about bluebells coming out
back in the states it sighting the first robin of spring

whats your fav?

btw.. mine?.. I just came back from a trip downtown where I spotted my first mini-skirt of spring.

Yes, it really is green beer!

Stig, the chap that took over (I worked there many years ago when it was still Bunces) came from massive euro-lager brewing and wanted to do something a little different. He kept the signature beers and then developed the range. Sign of Spring is marketing genius, although a bit of a Marmite beer. Essentially it's a lovely, lightly hopped Wiltshire beer. With green colouring. People see it and either think, "Well, I've got to try it!" or think, "Eh? Green beer?"

Judging by how quickly it sells out in the Swan in Enford, I'd suggest the former is the more prevalent!

thanks.. they used to do green beer back in Boston on st.pats day but that was just green food dye and really for the tourists

vile stuff.. the beer
, not the tourists,

ok the tourists also.
