Odd question, but if you were signing your name or having guests sign their names on a card mount that will eventually house a wedding picture, is there a pen that's the weapon of choice to last longer than any others?
Thanks
Tim

Is there a reason?
We are, after all, looking for ink that's not going to fade or dis-colour.
This is why I too lean towards a pencil.
Or the India Ink route which is a good suggestion too.
I'll look into the Rotring pens later.
Thanks
Tim

Does it have to last for ever or just as long as the marriage?

😉

I can't remember for the life of me what i used - show's how important it probably is in the great scheme of things.

Rotring.

You mean a Rotring drawing pen? One that must stay at 90deg to the paper at all times and will snap with any more than a gnats-arm's push on it?

Perhaps a .18?

Archival quality is what yo are after. A Pilot G2 will do the trick nicely.

That last link looks about perfect.

I thank you.
If the couple do split up, I will try and secure the pen; just for old-time's sake.
