Sent a proposal to a possible new client last week - one that would be life changing if they say yes. Been crapping myself every time an email comes through for the last week in case it's from them. Turns out they never received the original! Resent, now have to wait until Monday. AAAAaaaarrrrggghhhhhhh

when sending such important emails, follow up with a phone call to ensure they have received it and to tell them to call if they have any questions...

That's not a great start.
They're not someone who are easy to just call M_F. They apologised for not seeing the first email, having now found both - they're now pondering the proposal on a long haul flight. I'll know on Monday. Whilst I will be helping improve what they do, it will be my life that is changed for the better. I really am shatting myself.
