I am supposed to have tickets for the Counting Crows / Bens Folds gig in cardiff this Sat. Still no sign of the tickets, online it says tickets being sent out at the moment - same message for three weeks now. Called them just a few mins ago and they say they haven't sent them yet, if they don't arrive by Weds I should call them back and they'll leave then at the door for me.
Just wondered if anyone has used this company before to buy gig tickets? Any experiences/thoughts.

Ive used them twice with no problems, you will need to show the card you paid for the tickets on if you have to collect them at the venue I believe, tho my tickets always arrived early.
I've lost count of the tickets I've bought through See. Never had a problem with them. IIRC it's possible to check online with the reference no. you were given what the status is. Although I could be getting that confused with other agencies I also use.
