Visited the west coast of Scotland last year and loved it (Skye, Arisaig, Mull) with some help off this forum.
Should COVID / travel restrictions ease, can the forum recommend places on the west coast but further south than the highlands (e.g Bute, Arran) Planning around 5-7 days so don’t want to venture as far north - to keep driving to a minimum.

Look round lochgoilhead, ford and Loch fyne
You could easily fill a week going onto Arran overnight, then stay at Tarbert with day out on ferry/bike to Jura, another day heading down Argyll peninsula, then a day around Loch Sween(ish) and finally off via overnight on Bute or at Dunoon.
There's loads of rides, particularly road and gravel, loads of beaches, hills (not very big mountains mind), stunning wildlife, ferries slow you down loads and encourage loitering in my experience, lots of local small food places, artists etc.
I had a fabulous bike tour of two weeks this year - Riding glasgow / arran / kintyre /cowal / Bute and back to Glasgow. 5 ferry crossings
Highlights were southend on Kintyre, the wee back road around mid Argyle peninsular and Kilmartin where there are loads of fascinating neolithic sites
