'Where's your boots, Green'?

Bullet Baxter doesn't seem quite so scary now.

What instruments did they use to make TV themes in the 70s / 80s? I've never heard them anywhere else. Qv Thames Television jingle...

I don't know - the funny thing is the Grange Hill theme turn wasn't only the theme tune to Grange Hill - the track is called 'Chicken Man' and its was a bit of library music recorded in Germany in the early 70s. You'd hardly tell - but same tune (but not the same recording or arrangement) was the theme to 'Give us a clue'.... at the same time.

Yeah I remember Give us a Clue having the same basic theme.

So Interweb stumbling brings me to this. Two Doctors on Give us a Clue. And Rainbow's Geoffrey!

(interestingly with different theme music to the one discussed that I remember).
