Guys whats the deal with taking a bike on a ryan air flight?
Just book the extra bag allowance or do you have to phone them and sort it out?
Anybody had any dealings?

Given the problems I've had with them and normal bags I'd rather strap my bike to my back and crawl naked through nettles all the way than attempt to get them to deal with a bike in any reasonable manner.

A bike is a specific option within the sports part of the baggage booking process.
