Mrs Q has a PhD in rustling plastic bags. She can do it at just the right tempo and volume that it blocks out all natural rational thought sending me into a rage of " Stop rustling those plastic bags! "

It's almost as if she can't hear them are the horrific noise they make. I suspect she may be part of a CIA covert operations used to torture terrorist suspects with the noise.
