How long before a disbute can be raised against a delivery?
Item was posted on the 28th, usually arrive the next day IME (ok expected it Tuesday).

Pi**ed as the item was on sale and are now out of stock, so am gunna have to pay more to replace it - that and the fact it the last item to finish a new build for a m8.

Grrr.

not sure what service but a tracking number was provided - tracking site says no info is available yet, as it's undelivered
I'm living in hope it may still come (hasn't today), and not disappeared.

Impatience is setting in though, and am concerned about how best to replace it - as my m8's build (which is supposed to be finished for tomorrow) relies on it

first off, if you are the recipient, you can't - the sender needs to do it

uplink, that's not an issue, I want to know when I can go back to the seller and ask them to raise a dispute and refund me.. so I can replace the item.

Looking at MrMW's link, it seems to be 15 days after the expected delivery date.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAarrrrgggghhh!

Bugger
